President, PM and CJP condemn Lahore blast

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif expressed deep grief on Thursday over Lahore’s Defence Z block market blast that, which took the lives of eight people and left more than 20 injured.

According to details, the premier has ordered to speed up the operation against militants and also called for the report of the explosion.

He has directed the authorities to ensure proper medical treatment to the wounded people.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar also lamented the incident.

President Mamnoon Hussain also expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in Lahoreblast.

The president prayed for forgiveness of the departed souls and courage for the bereaved families to bear the loss with equanimity.

He also directed the authorities concerned to extend all possible assistance to the injured and provide them best medical treatment.
