No doubt! Brain is the part of body that controls the all body functions. It retains memories we experience and stores information that we gain. Although we take care of our brains yet, sometimes, un-intentionally much harm is caused to the brain.

Here are some of the habits that can damage our brain:

Missing breakfast: In student life or while you are leaving for job, we are habitual of skipping breakfast because we are running late. Can skipping breakfast help you in losing weight? NO, it’s a misconception.  Here’s important information for our diet conscious girls, that having healthy breakfast can help us reducing weight. In fact, our breakfast should be full of apatite and our dinner should be very light.

Sleeping late: Summer vacations are here and so as our late night movie plans and munching. We don’t even have any idea how much it is dangerous for our brain health and eyes by staying up late we can suffer from, weight gain, hair loss skin problems and weak eyesight.

High sugar consumption: Higher consumption of sugar can cause heart and Alzheimer’s diseases. It can slow your learning ability and increase your depression. There is a higher risk of debates especially in pregnant women who take sugar a lot.

More sleeping especially in morning: It can weaken your immune system and can create bad or irregular eating habits.  Waking up late can bring negative thoughts, mood swings and anxiety too.

Eating meal while watching TV or computer: If we are having our meal while watching television or computer, we cannot develop a memory of our recent appetite which can lead us to overeat and then results in obesity.

Smoking: We allknow smoking is dangerous for lungs but it is also very dangerous for our brain as it can enhance the chances of a brainstroke, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diseases.

Covering Your Head While Sleeping: Most of us cover their head with a pillow while sleeping. It is our favourite posture to sleep in especially in winters but we should stop doing this because when we cover our head with a pillow or some coversheet, you can have trouble in inhaling oxygen which can lead to brain damage.

Stopping urine: Bladder control problems can cause nerve damage. The human bladder has the capacity to hold only 8 glass of water and holding urine for a long time period is not good for your bladder.

We all should adopt a healthy lifestyle which includes clean eating and exercising regularly.
