Bilawal condemns attack on Ali Gilani’s convoy

MULTAN: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) candidate for NA-157 Ali Musa Gilani’s convoy was attacked in Mehmoodabad area the city on Friday evening.

According to reports, firing occurred when the convoy was passing outside the residence of PTI’s Union Council Chairman Ejaz Dogar.

All the people remained safe during the incident.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condemned the incident and demanded an immediate inquiry against those who are responsible for the attack.

He also said that the Election Commission of Pakistan must take notice of such incidents.

Police have registered an FIR against 20 people, including Dogar, for their alleged involvement in the attack.
