Beyoncé not to perform in Coachella 2017 due to pregnancy

HOLLYWOOD: The rumour of Beyoncé not performing at Coachella has turned into reality. The singer- who is pregnant with twin babies will not perform at Coachella this year. The news was announced on Thursday by the social media pages of the annual music festival.

With the advice of her doctor, the singing sensation has decided to forgo performing at the music festival, however, she will perform in 2018 after her pregnancy.

The announcement for her performance at the music event was made earlier this January, but a month later she posted her baby bump picture on Instagram, revealing that she is expecting twins with Jay Z.

It was earlier said that the singer has planned to carry her set as scheduled but the participation depends solely on her health and doctor’s order.

Alternative singer to replace Beyoncé has not yet been announced.
