PTI worker injured in firing incident at PTI office in Karachi

KARACHI: A worker Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) got injured on late Wednesday night in a firing incident in metropolis’  Quaidabad area, the police reported.

The authorities claimed that the shooter, Anwar Ali, belonged to the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and succeeded to escape.

According to the police, Rehmat Ali got injured when the shooter opened fire at the PTI office near Daud Chowrangi.

A submachine gun and two magazines were recovered from the site of the incident, police informed.

Injured PTI worker immediately shifted to a near hospital for the medical treatment.
