LARKANA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has withdrawn party ticket from its candidate for PS-12 Larkana and announced support to the candidate nominated by Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) for the seat.

A statement issued by PTI leader Arif Alvi said under seat adjustment, PTI has decided to withdraw its candidate Salma Perveen from PS-12 in favour of Larkana Awami Ittehad candidate Akbar Shah Rashdi.

Following the development, Rashdi has launched massive election campaign in the constituency. He visited several villages assuring the voters that he will work for their betterment.

Rashdi asked the people to ‘take revenge’ from Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) for ‘snatching their Roti, Kapra and Makan instead of giving’ by voting in favour of those candidates who are contesting against PPP.
