Junaid Safdar reaches Lahore to meet parents, grandfather in jail

Maryam Nawaz’s son Junaid Safdar on Monday reached Lahore to meet his parents and maternal grandfather in Adiala Jail.

According to details, Junaid Safdar’s plane landed at Allama Iqbal International Airport earlier on Monday.

Safdar will also take part in the election campaign of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. Earlier on Saturday, the members of Sharif family met former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz in Adiala Jail.

Former Punjab chief minister and PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif along with his sons Hamza Shehbaz, Salman Shehbaz and mother Begum Shamim reached Islamabad on a chartered aircraft.

On the other hand, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam were granted B Class facility in Adiala Jail.

A team of doctors conducted the medical checkup of Nawaz and Maryam and declared them fit.
