MULTAN: At least three people have been dead and 15 injured in an explosion at a hotel located in Gulshan Market.
According to City Police Officer (CPO) Munir Masood, the nature of explosion is still being ascertained, however, the eye-witnesses said it was probably a cylinder explosion.
The windows of nearby buildings and cars were shattered due to the heavy explosion. Moreover, roof of a nearby building collapsed and some people are still trapped there in the building.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the hotel and rescue operation was underway. The injured were shifted to a near by hospital.
