We all have this desire to get married to our celebrity crush.  It may seem as only a fantasy, but there are a few lucky people for whom this fantasy turned into reality. Here are the five celebrities who fell in love with their fans and put a ring on their fingers.

1. Matt Damon
   
   The actor met Luciana Barroso when stopped by a bar for a break from the shooting of his film, ‘Stuck On You’. Luciana worked as a bartender there and helped Matt to escape from the fans who wanted an autograph from him. Since then the two started dating and got married in 2005. They have three children.
2. Nicholas Cage
   
   Nicholas Cage met Alice Kim when she was nineteen, at a restaurant where she was a waitress in 2004. The two were married for eleven years and had a son. Unfortunately the two called off the wedding and separated their ways.
3. Patrick Dempsey
   

   The ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ star met his wife, Jillian Fink, at her salon. She says: “I was shocked and giddy” when she found out that the star had booked an appointment. He indeed proved to be ‘Mc Dreamy’ .They both got married in 1999

4. Anne Hathaway
   
   Anne Hathaway met Adam Schlumen through mutual friends in 2008. Her husband was a huge fan of hers. The two dated for four years and got married in 2012.
5. Reese Witherspoon
   
   The actress married Jim Toth in 2011. He worked for an agency that promoted Reese’s work. Basically, he was a paid fan. The two have a son a together.
