LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is scheduled to visit Quetta today (Sunday) to show the solidarity with the Mastung attack victims.
The country observes a day of national mourning to show unity with the families of martyred and victims of Mastung attack.
Earlier this week, more than 130 were martyred and many injured in a terrorist attack at a corner meeting of Balochistan Awami Party’s (BAP) Nawaz Siraj Raisani in Mastung, Quetta.
Later today, Imran is scheduled to campaign in Faisalabad, Jhang, and Sialkot today.
He is expected to start his election campaign from Jhang where he is expected to address the supporters at Mai Heer Sports Complex around 3:00 pm.
Khan will then visit Faisalabad and is expected to address a public gathering at Dhobi Ghat Ground.
PTI Chairman will hold a public rally at 8:00 pm at Sialkot’s Jinnah Stadium.
On the other hand, PTI’s Bannu president Matiullah Khan, citing the security concerns, announced on Sunday to postpone their rally that was scheduled on July 16.
