PALPA members donate 3-day salary to fund dams

The Pakistan Airline Pilots’ Association (PALPA) has announced donating three-day salary of their members to contribute to the fund set up for construction of Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand dams.

A spokesman for the association Thursday said, “It is our national obligation to contribute to a noble cause raised by Chief Justice of Pakistan for raising funds for much-needed dams.

CJP Justice Mian Saqib Nisar himself had donated Rs 1 million to the account created solely for purpose of raising money for dams.
