Minister orders action against officials involved in selling water

Provincial Caretaker minister for Irrigation Mushtaq Ahmed Shah took notice of the growers protest about the shortage of water in Mangio and Khuhawar canals.

The Sindh caretaker minister for irrigation, on Monday, directed the concerned officials to immediately address the issue and take appropriate action against irrigation officials if they are found involved in selling water.

Mushtaq Ahmed Shah said that he would not tolerate corrupt practices in the department and officials partaking in corrupt practices will be held accountable.
