ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar on Monday remarked that Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Ishaq Dar will be brought back no matter what it takes.
CJP Nisar headed a hearing at the Supreme Court (SC) pertaining to the PTV MD appointment case.
During the hearing, CJP was irked by the absence of the former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar despite being summoned by the court.
CJP Nisar while conducting the proceedings remarked that if Dar returns, will surely cancel his passport for not respecting the apex court’s orders.
He added that the court will consider cancelling the former minister’s passport or issuing a red warrant.
CJP asserted that at every hearing Dar’s old medical certificate is re-submitted when hes evidently seen walking about and around in a healthy state.
