ISLAMABAD: Responding to the statements of Pakistan People’s Party(PPP) leader Maula Bakhsh Chandio, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif avoided visiting Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s shrine on the advice by Sindh government.
“Sindh government had informed that it is currently collecting forensic evidence from the blast site and that PM’s visit could distort the effort,” Dar said.
The finance minister added that shrines of Sufi saints are worth respect and at least they should be kept out of politics.
