Bahawalpur judge visits juvenile jail

BAHAWALPUR: District and Sessions Judge Rehan Bashir on Monday visited Bahawalpur Borstal Institute and Juvenile jail.

The judge inspected the kitchen, jail hospital, Johar Hall, Iqbal Hall and table tennis room for the inmates. He also heard problems of the inmate children and issued on-the-spot directions.

A smartly turned out contingent of police officials presented guard of honour to the judge on the occasion.

Central Jail Superintendent Shahram Tauqeer Khan and Deputy Superintendent Borstal Jail Kashif Abdul Rehman were also present.
