RDA declares Ring Road Residencia project as illegal

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has declared Ring Road Residencia, Rawalpindi as illegal.

RDA Metropolitan Planning & Traffic Engineering Jamshed Aftab informed that illegal/unauthorised advertisement carried out by Ring Road Residencia, Rawalpindi is unapproved from RDA. Legal action is being initiated against Ring Road Residencia under section Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010 and is directed to stop this illegal advertisement.

The RDA advises general public that they should not make any investment in any illegal/unauthorised housing scheme and buildings project of whose status is declared illegal by RDA. Otherwise, they themselves are responsible for their losses.
