LARKANA: An old comrade of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Allah Bux Sheikh on Monday continued his protest in front of Larkana press club for demanding to meet the party’s leadership for sharing his grievances.
Reportedly, he claimed that during the Movement for Restoration of Democracy (MRD), he suffered four years in jail for being a staunch supporter of PPP. He also revealed that his only son was electrocuted while hoisting a flag of PPP, but no representative of the party came to express sympathy and condolences.
“Being a party’s loyalist, I sacrificed throughout my life and struggled for the party’s betterment, however the leaders have turned a blind eye to me,” the disheartened Sheikh said.
Sheikh claimed that he has been protesting for many days, but no representative of the party responded to him.
He warned to continue protesting for the rest of his life, if the leaders of the party do not meet him.
