DADU: Scores of Lashari tribesmen on Sunday held a demonstration in front of Dadu press club against police’s failure to arrest the accused murderers belonging to Mari tribe.

Reportedly, six Lashari tribesmen were killed near Dadu Central Jail nine days ago.

The protesters carried out a rally from Gharibabad mohalla to Dadu press club.

They warned that if the suspects are not arrested within three days, they would launch a series of protests across all the province.

They also appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), caretaker chief minister of Sindh and Inspector General of Police (IGP) to take notice of the incident and order senior superintendent of police (SSP) of Dadu district to arrest the suspects as soon as possible.
