LARKANA: The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh Chief Nisar Ahmed Khuhro on Saturday challenged appellate tribunal’s decision in the Sindh High Court (SHC) for rejecting his nomination forms to contest the election for provincial assembly seat PS-11 constituency of Larkana.
Reportedly, Khuhro appeared before the SHC after his lawyers filed a petition rejecting accusations of concealing assets against him. The petition was heard by Justice Aftab Ahmed Gorar and Justice Khadim Hussain Tunio, who issued directives to the concerned parties to appear before the bench on July 3.
