Sindh governor’s elder brother passes away

Tariq Umar, the elder brother of PTI leader Asad Umar and Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair, passed away on Sunday after protracted illness.

Tariq Umar was under treatment for lung cancer when he breathed his last on Sunday.

Funeral prayers of Tariq Umar will be offered at Defence on Monday after Asar prayers and he would be laid to rest at Chanesar Goth Mehmoodabad graveyard.

Leaders of the political parties and others expressed deep grief over the death of Tariq Umar. Governor Sindh also condoled with the bereaved family and prayed for departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
