Three law enforcers injured in Quetta blast

QUETTA: At least four people, including three FC men, were wounded in a bomb explosion on Sariab Road, Quetta, early on Wednesday.

According to details, a security forces vehicle was targeted by a roadside bomb near Kechi Baig area of Sariab. As a result, four people, including law enforcers Muhammad Javaid, Qudratullah, and Abdul Rauf, and a civilian, were injured. The passer-by could not be identified as of the filing of this report. Rescue sources said that all the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital. Security forces cordoned off the area and started a search operation. The bomb disposal squad said the explosion was carried out with a remote-controlled device.
