In Pictures: the drastic impacts of pollution

The Earth is the reason for our own existence. The existence of all necessary resources and creatures like water, forest, animals, songbird, flora, and fauna is appreciated by everyone but their misuse can lead to harmful consequences which we are currently experiencing.

Pollution has harmful effects on us. Our environment is getting polluted by different radioactive elements, plastics, sewage, domestic waste and industrial pollution day by day.

The climate change is real and earth is getting warmer. The glaciers in Antarctica are melting due to global warming and who knows, after a few years, resources which the environment has given us will become rare.

“Sooner or later, we will have to recognise that the Earth has rights, too, to live without pollution. What mankind must know is that human beings cannot live without Mother Earth, but the planet can live without humans”, says Evo Morales.

We ‘humans’ are destroying our own home, Earth, where we live by not protecting it. So it is the time of need as we have to change our minds and save our environment. Every little step matters.

Here are some pictures that will make you think how our environment is drastically changing over the years due to pollution.
