LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) women workers on Friday held PTI leader Aliya Hamza hostage in protest over distribution of party tickets in Lahore.

Raged female workers barged in PTI’s party office to register their protest against Imran Khan’s addition of ‘Lotas’ in the party.

The furious workers surrounded Aliya, criticising and questioning her fast tracked leadership when she had joined the party with them.

PTI women workers, angered over Aliya’s appointment as mother to all PTIans, lashed out questioning how Aliya had been positioned over them  to decide their fates just because she helped Tareen bag his election campaign.

Although, Aliya remained quiet, not responding to the protesters while they questioned how their 13 years of efforts and struggles were a waste without any acknowledgement.
