KHAIRPUR: Two youths died on Monday in a road accident near Moro, a city in the Naushahro Feroze district of Sindh province.

Reportedly, a vehicle rammed into a motorcycle at Moro-Dadu Bridge killing two youths namely Hasnain Qureshi and Haseeb Pathan on the spot. The deceased were residents of Dastaghir Colony of Moro. Meanwhile, the bodies were shifted to Moro Hospital, and later were handed over to their heirs after doctors completed autopsy.

The area police have started investigation into the incident.

Boy dies, six hurt in road mishap

An eight-year-old boy died while six other people sustained injuries on Monday in a road mishap near Khairpur.

Reportedly, a van loaded with pilgrims was on its way to Choondiko from Pir Jo Goth after visiting Pir Pagaro. Due to over speed, the driver lost control of the vehicle, and it ploughed into road side near Ateri Village on Pir Jo Goth-Khairpur road.

Resultantly, a boy Mumtaz Ali Bhambhro died on the spot while six people including Dodo Bhambhro, Shah Nawaz Bhambhro, Ghulam Muhammad Bhambhro, Shoukat Ali Bhambhro, Nawab Bhambhro were injured. The injured were rushed to Civil Hospital in Khairpur for medical treatment.

Two youths electrocuted

Two youths were electrocuted on Monday near Ubaro, a town in Ghotki district in Northern Sindh province.

Reportedly, Jamil Ahmed Pitafi and Abdul Majeed Ali Pitafi recieved electric shocks by water pump.

The bodies were shifted to Ubaro Hospital, and later were handed over to their heirs after medico-legal formality.

Minor girl drowns

A six-year-old girl drowned on Monday in a Qazi Wah canal near Rawanti, a village near Ubaro.

Reportedly, a minor girl namely Fozia Mahar slipped into Qazi Wah canal and drowned to death. Her parents recovered her body after three-hour search.

The body was shifted to rural healthcare unit Dad Laghari for medico-legal formality.
