ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Turkey are expected to sign free trade agreement (FTA) in May this year.
According to a report quoting officials, the agreement would enhance bilateral trade between the two countries. Both sides would share provisional list in the coming round of dialogue for reaching the final agreement for FTA.
The officials said the two countries would hold discussions for agreement on goods, services and investment. After the FTA, the officials are confident that Pakistan would get market space in different sectors including agriculture and pharmaceuticals.
