JACOBABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Raaz Khan Pathan on late Wednesday denounced corrupt and ineffective state policies of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) that resisted progress of Pakistan.

He arranged an iftar party at his residence where he emphasised on PTI’s 100 days plan for development and prosperity in Pakistan.

“PML-N and PPP have disappointed the people of Sindh, who are now joining PTI, particularly in the district of Jacobabad, where PTI is considered to be the only party to resolve outstanding issues of the general public,” he added. Pathan further said that PTI Chairperson Imran Khan has sympathy for the poverty-stricken people of Pakistan.

He criticised PPP-led Sindh government for its failure to provide effective healthcare units and facilities in Tharparkar, Mithi and other districts of Sindh that caused a large number of children to die.

“Despite ruling the province for 10 years, PPP could not even provide drinking water for the ailing children,” he added.

Pathan further revealed that people have been experiencing mental health issues due to prolonged power outages and electricity deduction bills. “People are well-informed about tactics of politicians,” he said while adding that PTI would devise policies for employment opportunities for the jobless youths to overcome poverty in the country.

A large number of people joined PTI and pledged their full support for the PTI chief.
