Chronicles of shame: the changing threat patterns and demographics of pakistan media landscape

According to a Pakistan Press Freedom report, over 150 attacks on media personnel and journalists took place across the country over the course of past one year (May 1, 2017 to April 1, 2018)

Islamabad was termed as the most dangerous place for practicing journalists with 35 percent attacks taking place in the federal capital. Moreover, around 20 attacks were also recorded against various media houses of the country.
