BOLOGNA: Serie A club Bologna has sacked coach Roberto Donadoni, Italian media reported on Thursday. Bologna, who ended this past season 15th in the standings, has not issued an official statement yet regarding the former Italy coach. Donadoni, 54, joined Bologna in 2015 on a contract which was due to expire at the end of the 2018-19 season. Former AC Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi, who is currently coaching Serie B club Venezia, is reported to be the preferred candidate to replace Donadoni.
