LARKANA: The Larkana district and sessions Judge (DSJ) Abdul Naeem Memon on Monday visited the central jail following the directives of Sindh High Court.
He was accompanied by Larkana Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Hameedullah Khilji, Jamil Rajpar and Anwar Ali Jalbani.
According to a report issued by the Information Department of Larkana, the DSJ ordered to release six prisoners, namely Sudheer, Ali Hassan, Ogan Jatoi, Sadam Jatoi and Shahnawaz Jatoi, who were convicted of minor crimes. While visiting the women’s jail, the two prisoners namely Nazir Machi and Jan Muhammad Jatoi were also released.
