KARACHI: A Husband burnt to death his wife who was four months pregnant with the help of his brothers over domestic disputes on Thursday in the jurisdiction Saeedabad Police Station of Baldia Town, Karachi West.
According to SHO Saeedabad, police were informed that, yesterday around midnight one woman “R” w/o Mohammad Ali aged 22yrs, was burnt by her brothers in law, Allah Rakha and Mehboob due to domestic issues at Katchi Abadi, Gulshan-e-Mazdoor, Sector 15 Saeedabad. He further informed that the women expired during her treatment in Civil Hospital, Karachi.
Police have claimed that the accused, Allah Rakha and Mehboob have been arrested and search for their brother Muhammad Ali is underway.
A FIR No. 86/2017 u/s 302/34 PPC has been lodged against the accused.
