MULTAN: Veteran politican Javed Hashmi on Friday announced that he has accepted PML-N’s invitation to re-join the party.

Addressing a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) powershow in Multan, Hashmi said that he has accepted the party’s invitation.

“Nawaz Sharif is my leader and he will always be. I was standing alongside him in tough times and I will continue to do so. I was a N-League loyal and I will forever be,” Javed Hashmi said.

He continued that he has initiated a revolt against those who try the disrespect the sanctity of vote.

Hashmi said he believes in the “give respect to vote slogan” and has asked his children to bury him wrapped in a PML-N flag after his death.
