PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar on Wednesday ordered to constitute a judicial commission to probe Army Public School (APS) attack.

Justice Nisar directed chief justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) to form a judicial commission over the matter, while he also ordered the judge to present a detailed inquiry report within 2 months.

Moreover, CJP also ordered that at least one PHC judge must be included in the judicial commission tasked to probe the 2014 massacre.

During his earlier visit to the city, Justice Nisar had issued a notice to the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government after family members and relatives of the APS victims protested against delays in justice.
