ISLAMABAD: The National Netball Championship will begin in the federal capital on Monday.
According to Pakistan Netball Federation President Mudassar Arian, all arrangements to hold the event in a befitting manner have been completed. He said that as many as 12 teams from all over the country were taking part in the three-day championship.
The president said that the teams include Pakistan WAPDA, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Police, Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Islamabad.
The teams have been divided into two pools.
Mudassar added that top five teams of the championship will participate in the National Games, which will be played in Quetta this year (2017).
