RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Qamar Javed Bajwa approved death sentence for 11 hardcore terrorists on Saturday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), COAS approved death sentences of 11 terrorists who were being trialed by the military courts.
Additionally, the court also handed prison sentences of varied duration to 3 other terrorists.
The terrorists were involved in attacks on military personnel and law enforcement agencies, attack on Malakand University and civilian murders.
The 11 terrorists were identified as Arifullah, Bakht Muhammad, Burhanuddin, Muhammad Zaib, Saleem, Izzat Khan, Muhammad Imran, Yousuf Khan, Shaheer Khan, Gul Khan, Nadir Khan.
