LAHORE: Al Jazari Academy and Agro Paris Tech Institute, Montpellier France inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector on Thursday.
In the presence of Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Secretary Khurrum Agha, Water & Sanitation Agency representatives, Urban Unit Chief Executive Officer Dr Nasir Javed, French Agency for Development (AFD) Country Director Jacky Amprou and Jean-Antoine Faby, chief executive officer of the trainings for water utilities from Paris Institute of Technology for Life, Food & Environmental Sciences signed a 989,200 euro tripartite agreement for the support of Al Jazari Academy and the vocational training institute in the water and sanitation sector in Pakistan.
The partnership agreement will facilitate the collaboration between Al Jazari Academy managed by the Urban Unit and Agro Paris Tech Institute, Montpellier France.
