27 suspects nabbed, arms, narcotics recovered in Kohat

KOHAT: As many as twenty seven suspects including two narcotics dealers were arrested from Jerma area of Kohat in search and strike operation directed by DPO Kohat and led by SHO Muhammad Waqar, SHO islam ud Din and DSP Zahir Shah.

Police press release stated that two Kalashnikovs, four shot guns, three rifles, three pistols, hundreds of cartridges of different bore and two and a half kilogram cannabis were recovered during the operation. The action was carried out in different areas of district Kohat including Jerma, Sur Gul, Qamar Dhand and Muslimabad areas. Cases against the arrested suspects were registered at Jerma police station.
