ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Internal Affairs Tallal Chaudhry claimed on Monday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is secretly in cahoots with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Asif Zardari, and both are ‘one, not two.’

Addressing the media outside the Supreme Court, the Minister said,

“They [Imran and Zardari] showed it in the Senate elections. Imran will cast a vote for the arrow in the future as well. One as the candidate for president, while other for prime minister.”

The minister also added that elections would be decided in “polling stations” and not in “drawing rooms.”

Tallal also attacked Imran Khan’s new 11 point agenda, dubbing the PTI leader “a failed product of secret agencies.”

“Imran is a failed product of secret agencies. A lot of investment and endeavours were made but Imran has remained at ‘zero’. Imran will never be a hero,” he further added.

PTI leader Naeemul Haque responded to Tallal’s salvo and claimed that the PML-N had become restless after the PTI’s power show in Lahore on Sunday.

He also added that the 11 point agenda was the manifesto on which the PTI would contest the upcoming elections.
