Murad Saeed loses temper during budget session

Author: Web Desk

A ruckus was witnessed in the National Assembly on Friday as the opposition parties protested against government’s decision to present budget for entire fiscal year 2018-19 and later staged a walkout from the budget session.

Two major opposition parties – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) – also criticised the appointment of Adviser to Prime Minister Miftah Ismail as federal minister for finance, revenue and economic affairs hours before the budget session.

PTI MNA Murad Saeed lost his temper during the session and lunged aggressively towards PML-N’s Abid Sher Ali. The lawmakers was, however, stopped by fellow party members Ali Muhammad Khan and Arif Alvi.
