Woman booked for filing fake nikahnama in court

ISLAMABAD: Margalla Police have registered a case against a woman for filing a fake nikahnama in the district court.

According to media reports a case between Ali Zia and his wife Zainab Tahira was pending hearing in the court. Zainab Tahira presented a Nikahnama in the court during the hearing of the case which was found fake after it was checked.

Police have registered a case but the said woman has not been arrested.

Abducted: At least three people were allegedly abducted in three different areas of the city. According to media reports, Badil Khan, father of the victim lodged a complaint with Naseerabad Police that his 13-year-old son, Amir Sohail went out of home and didn’t come back.

He claimed that some unknown suspects had abducted him.

Meanwhile, S*, mother of the victim lodged a complaint with Bani Police that her daughter who was a student of 9th class had gone to the academy for tuition when suspect Amir along with his sister and Azam kidnapped her.

Meanwhile, Gull Zaib, husband of the victim lodged a complaint with Kalar Syedan Police that some unknown suspects abducted his wife. Police have registered separate cases and started investigations.

Gunned down: Two persons were allegedly gunned down in the federal capital.

According to media reports a dead body was found near Kak Pull within the jurisdiction of Lohi Bher Police. The deceased was identified as Saqib Shah who is reported to have been shot dead.

A token issued by NADRA was found in his pocket. The body was shifted to PIMS for post-mortem.

A youth was shot dead within the jurisdiction of Banni Police. Gul Badin Khan reported to the police that one among two motorcyclists opened fire on his brother Jalaluddin on Shah Allah Ditta Road killing him on the spot. Police have registered a case and started investigation.

Youth: A youth died after having allegedly fallen from a coaster within the jurisdiction of Kahuta Police.

According to media reports, Syed Farhad Gillani lodged a report with Kahuta Police that he along with Azam Khan was on his way from Sihala to Kahuta. Azam was standing at the gate of the coaster.

The driver was driving the coaster recklessly. When the coaster reached the Peshawar PSO petrol pump Azam fell from the coaster and died on the spot. The driver fled from the scene. Police have registered case and started investigation.
