ISLAMABAD: Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has emphasised the need for deeper cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan in the areas of security, counter-terrorism, border management, trade, transit and voluntary repatriation of Afghan refugees.
He was talking to the Afghan media delegation on Tuesday. The Adviser briefed the delegation about Pakistan’s continuous efforts towards peace and stability in Afghanistan. He stressed that a peaceful, stable and prosperous Afghanistan was also in Pakistan’s interest.
