Six labourers suffocated to death in coal mine

KHYBER AGENCY: Six miners, who had suffocated from toxic gases, died on Tuesday while working in a coal mine of the Kala Khel area in Khyber Agency. According to sources, the miners were digging deep into the mine, suddenly, poisonous gas filled the space. The locals and rescue workers, in a joint effort, recovered the deceased and nine suffocated miners who were shifted to Peshawar Hospital. The deceased has been identified as Azizullah, Basar Ali, Nisar Ali, Kareem, Shah Saud and Mehboob Alam.
