KHAR: The activists of various political parties announced to join the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) at Salarzai tehsil in Bajaur Agency on Tuesday.
Activists of various political parties including Sakhi Bahadur, Gul Bahadur, Malik Khaista Muhammad, Malik Sadaat Khan, Jamil Khan, Malik Ayub, Malik Noor Sadeen, Rafiullah Jan, Said Afzal Khan, Shangar Khan and others along with their relatives and friends announced joining the JUI-F in Chorak Barsadeen area.
JUI-F leaders including former senator Maulana Abdur Rasheed, Maulana Muhammad Laiq, Maulana Shamsuzzaman, Abdussalam, Maulana Fathullah, Maulana Karimullah, Maulana Saifur Rehman and Maulana Fatih Shah were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, they said that people were joining JUI-F as they had lost confidence in other political parties. “JUI-F is getting political strength and would sweep the upcoming general elections in the region,” Maulana Abdur Rasheed said, adding that his party had been striving to Shariah in the country.
