SHC sitting judge Justice Nasir passed away

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) sitting judge Justice Syed Saeeduddin Nasir passed away on Thursday in Hyderabad due to cardiac arrest.

According to sources, 53-year-old Justice Nasir was in Hyderabad SHC circuit when he suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday morning. He was rushed to local hospital and was advised to be shifted to Karachi.

Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah reportedly had offered a helicopter and an ambulance equipped with a ventilator was also arranged for Justice Nasir’s shifting to Karachi.

The legal fraternity in the SHC and sub-ordinate courts suspended the proceedings after receiving this sad news.
