SHC judge passes away

HYDERABAD: Sindh High Court (SHC) Hyderabad bench member Justice Saeeduddin Nasir died on Thursday of a cardiac arrest.

The judge felt a pain in his chest during the hearing of a case. He was shifted to Civil Hospital Hyderabad.

Upon receiving the news, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah directed the Commissioner to airlift Justice Saeed to a private hospital in Karachi. However, Justice Saeed could not survive. The administration of Civil Hospital Hyderabad did not issue any notification regarding the death. However, Sindh Advocate General Allah Bachayo Soomro said that Justice Saeed had died due to a cardiac arrest and his body would be shifted to Karachi.
