FIBA felicitates Pakistan Basketball Federation

LAHORE: Horacio Muratore, the President of the Federation of International Basketball Association (FIBA), and Patrick Baumann, the Secretary General of the FIBA, have congratulated Brig (r) Muhammad Iftikhar Mansoor and Khalid Bashir for being elected as the President and Secretary General of Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF) for a period of four years 2018-2021. In a letter addressed to Mansoor and Khalid, FIBA Secretary General Patrick said that they wished them all the best in their new position and look forward to closely collaborating with them on further promotion and developing basketball in Pakistan and worldwide. Meanwhile, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has allotted a coaching course to the Pakistan Basketball Federation which will help in raising the standard of basketball in the country.
