LAHORE: American restaurant chain Buffalo Wings & Rings opened its branch at MM Alam Road on Friday amidst soaring appreciation of the restaurant’s speciality which were the wings.
Foodies of all ages from the media industry thronged the premises, at a star-studded event, which was organised and arranged by the creative team behind Bilal Mukhtar Events & PR.
The restaurant which has been operating in the US since 1984 has been popular for its tasty wings, authentic buffalo recipes and a special taste. In Lahore’s branch, the restaurant is offering starters including nachos, quesadilla, and very special buffalo wings and rings that are hand breaded. We loved the onion rings more than anything on the platter. Burgers, traditional and boneless Wings as well as affordable deals are on offer at the newly-launched restaurant.
While talking exclusively to Daily Times on the launch, BWR owner Rasikh Jamil briefly summed up the ethos and mission of the restaurant and made it clear that each and every individual who steps into the restaurant will be considered a VIP customer. “We are serving the best wings since 1984 when the restaurant was opened in Ohio, America,” he said, adding that indeed it was true that the main focus of the eatery would be on the wings than anything else, and so they have added more flavours in it.
Talking about Pakistani market, Rasikh Jamil was of the view that since Lahoris love food which has great taste and impeccable quality, BWR opened its doors here. He further explained that Lahore has been a cultural city besides having its own food identity, and so now it was the time that Lahoris should be introduced to world-class tastes.
