LAHORE: The two-day training session of dentist on the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) conducted by the Punjab Healthcare Commission concluded on Monday.
During the session, the trainees were also encouraged to develop an MSDS implementation plan for their health faculties. The areas of the training comprised responsibilities of management, facility management and safety, human resource management, information management systems, quality assurance and improvement, patient care, management of medication, patient rights, and infection control.
Additional Director (Trainings) Dr Majid Latif imparted training to the dentists. During the concluding session, PHC Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dr Muhammad Ajmal Khan briefed the dentists about the inception of the PHC and its successes.
