Hepatitis Filter Clinic to wage war against the disease: Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif said that Lahore Hepatitis Filter Clinic at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute’s (PKLI) opening is a milestone in provision of high quality and modern treatment facilitates to the masses.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Hepatitis Clinic in Lahore on Sunday, he said that this institute will play a role in waging a war against this viral disease, particularly Hepatitis B and C.

The CM said that modern machinery has been installed at the Clinic to provide modern treatment facilities to the patients suffering from Hepatitis.

Shehbaz said that this Hepatitis Clinic is the first institution of its kind in Pakistan and free treatment will be provided to patients of all regions of the country in it.
