Highway police claim arresting 32 suspects

LAHORE: The Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Sunday claimed to have arrested 32 criminals allegedly involved in different heinous crime and recovered valuables, drugs and illegal weapons from them.

According to details, the PHP teams also claimed to have recovered 248 littres of liquor, 1,580 grams of charas after arresting 22 culprits.

Similarly, the PHP teams also arrested seven suspects namely, Sagheer Ahmed, Falak Sheir, Javaid, Rana Sunny, Ulfat, Abid Bashir, M Aslam and recovered five pistols, three riffles, 20 bullets, two Magazines and one dagger from them.

The Punjab Highway Patrol team handed over criminals to police stations concerned for further legal action.
