Pakistan Super League (PSL) 3 came to an end as Islamabad United beat Peshawar Zalmi in a thrilling contest at Karachi’s National Stadium on Sunday.
Batting first, Peshawar piled up a total of 148 in 20 overs. In reply, Islamabad went off to a flying start, lost a few quick wickets during the middle, only to win the match courtesy some fine batting performance by Asif Ali.
PSL 3 has seen some fine performances in all departments, and when the day came, those who made fruitful contributions to the competition were highly rewarded.
